A delicious platter of fried rice.


5 cups Rice
1 cup Shrimp
1 cup Meat( your choice )
4 tablespoons Butter
4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 dash Ginger
2 cups vegetables


(Rice should be precooked)
Stir in Rice and butter.
mix thoroughly
add ginger
then add shrimp
then add meat
add vegetables
then sprinkly the soy sauce until gone
Be careful not to cook too long so the rice won't get dried out.
