A southern classic
1. Brown sausage over medium-high heat in large skillet.
2. Reduce heat to low.
3. Stir in flour to coat sausage.
4. Slowly stir in milk.
5. Simmer over low heat for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Serve over bisquits, etc.
